Insurance
Insurance Reminder
AHP Integrative Health is a self-pay clinic and cannot accept insurance directly for visits. The cost of appointments is due at the time of service. Please visit our "services" page to learn about associated costs. Patients with insurance are encouraged to bring their insurance cards as lab work can often be billed to insurance. We will let you know during your appointment if recommended labs accept insurance or not. We can accept HSA cards, church funds, care credit, and other health savings accounts.
Some patients submit their bills for out-of-network reimbursement through insurance companies. We are happy to provide needed Superbills and send records for insurance to consider reimbursement. It is the policy of your insurance company whether reimbursement is approved or not. We recommend asking them if that is a service they provide prior to your first appointment if you plan to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
Out-of-State Patients
Patients who are outside the state of Ohio are required to have an in-person appointment when becoming a new patient. After the initial appointment, they may do telehealth for follow-up but will be required to come into the clinic one time each year for an in-person appointment.
