At AHP Integrative Health, we strive to ensure that every customer receives their order in perfect condition. However, for the safety, quality, and integrity of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns under any circumstances.
Why we don’t accept returns:
- Product Handling: Once products leave our office, we cannot control how they are stored, handled, or treated once they are in the possession of the patient or third party. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee their condition after they have left our office, which is why we do not accept returns.
- Health & Safety: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to take back products that have been in the possession of the customer/patient. Reselling returned items may compromise their safety, quality, or efficacy.

If you believe there has been an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our office immediately.
