Krista Dean Michener, APRN-CNP is a board-certified nurse practitioner who treats patients ages 13 and older. Krista is driven by the belief that we were all made to be whole. She believes that health is much more than the absence of disease and strives to treat the whole person–body, mind, and spirit. She has a special interest in diagnosing and treating the root causes of mental illness, autoimmune disorders, and other chronic conditions. She is a member of ILADS (International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society).
She is able to prescribe medications and order labs for patients to treat their symptoms.
Rachel has been a Registered Nurse since 2005. In 2021 she completed her Master’s Degree in nursing at Cedarville University and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and multiple pets, including eight entertaining chickens. Rachel now works for AHP Integrative Health as a family nurse practitioner. She is also a member of ILADS and is able to treat patients of all ages, including children with Lyme and related infections. She is able to prescribe medications and order labs for patient treatment.
Rose Stinson is a PA (Physician Assistant) who has been a primary care provider in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine for 13 years. She can treat children as well as adults. Rose is a wife and a mother of 3 energy-filled children. She has a passion for integrating traditional western medicine with holistic care to promote overall wellness. She has a special interest in diagnosing and treating the root cause of hypertension, diabetes, and other chronic conditions. She is able to prescribe medications and order labs for patient treatment.
Joanna L. Cutlip, LPCC is a licensed professional clinical counselor and certified integrative mental health professional. She has been licensed for 20+ years and has extensive training and experience in cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy. She specializes in compassionately and skillfully providing natural and integrative approaches for the treatment of:

Angela Moore Perman, BCTN, LPN, CI, MH wears duel hats as a Board-certified Traditional Naturopath and Licensed Practical Nurse. She holds multiple certifications, including certified iridologist and master herbalist. As a naturopath, she can help clients of all ages achieve wellness and healing with natural modalities. Angela’s initial consultations are two hours allowing plenty of time to learn about you and your health. She will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve healing. Angela and Krista are both passionate about the integrative health model, which is the combination of the best practices of modern medicine and natural health practices. Integrative health also puts you, the patient, at the center of care.
