How to Get Started:
1. Contact our office at 330-804-7000: We can order the genomics test that you are looking for. Unsure which test to do? We can also set up a time to speak with our providers where they can help you identify the test that best suits your needs.
2. After your test is ordered, you will receive a kit in the mail with instructions. Follow the instructions to take your genomic test sample and send it back for processing.
3. Sit tight and wait; IntellxxDNA results can take 6 weeks to come back. Once they are back, your provider will dive into them to make a personlized plan for you. In your next appointment, they will go over your results in detail to explain them to you.
Once, you have your genomics reports, there’s no losing them! You can always access your genomic reports through the IntellxxDNA patient portal to find a copy of them.
