Foundations of Healing
All new patients need to choose a Foundations Package to receive care at AHP Integrative Health.
Foundations Packages are designed to be transparent for patients, so they know what to expect throughout their treatment. Packages are designed to lay the foundations for health and for successful healing.
Foundations of Healing packages include the following:
The patients who have done the labs included in the foundations have had significantly higher progress throughout treatment than those who did not. They have proven to be effective at determining the underlying causes of our patient’s symptoms which allows our providers to give you the best care possible.
Please know that the foundations programs do NOT include patient supplements and medications as these vary from patient to patient for treatment. On rare occasions, patients may also be asked to order unique labs outside of the recommended foundations if needed based on appointments with the patient.
Graduation from program – Once you have graduated from your foundations program, you will either graduate from treatment or be able to continue treatment. If continuing treatment, you will be enrolled in our membership service for the duration of your treatment. These are monthly charges to be a patient at our clinic. You will also pay for appointments at the time of service instead of in a program. Please see Billing for details on the membership program and by service billing.
- Nursing Intake: A 30-60 minute phone appointment to review your history and determine which plan is best for you
- Provider review of history and ordering of labs
- Laboratory testing (see each individual packages for included labs)
- Individualized treatment plan
- Six months of scheduled visits and support to help you lay the foundation for health and healing

Our intake specialist offers a free 15 to 30-minute discovery call to review options for care. You can sign up for Foundations at that time.
If, however, you are unsure if this program is right for you, you are able to schedule and complete a nurse intake before enrolling as a patient. The nurse intake is an opportunity for you to share your story and ask questions directly to our nursing staff. They will be able to help you determine if this program is a good fit for you. The cost of the nursing intake is $200.
If at anytime you choose to proceed with the Foundations of Healing program, you will be able to upgrade from the single nurse intake to the full Foundations program.

Foundations of Healing – $4,950
Foundations of Healing is required for patients seeking treatment for Lyme borreliosis and associated infections. It may also be recommended for other patients seeking a comprehensive evaluation of their health.
This program includes the following labs:
• Spectracell Micronutrient Test
• ProdromeScan
• 24-Hour Hormone Check from Genova Diagnostics
• EnviroTox Complete + Metals from Mosaic
• CBC
In addition to the above labs, the package also includes the following:
• Nursing intake
• Four appointments over 6 months (typically 90, 60, 45, and 45 minutes)
• Personalized treatment plan
Please note that for patients who are seeking treatment for Lyme borreliosis and associated diseases, this package does NOT include your testing for infections. The reason for this is that the recommended testing varies from patient to patient based on symptoms, history, and previous labs.
Ultimate Foundations of Healing – $7,500
This foundation is recommended for those who have tried chronic infection treatment at other clinics and have been unsuccessful. It is designed to help your provider have greater detail of what you need for treatment.
This program includes the following labs:
• Spectracell Micronutrient Test
• ProdromeScan
• 24 – Hour Hormone Check from Genova Diagnostics
• EnviroTox Complete + Metals from Mosaic Diagnostics.
• CBC
• IntellxxDNA Powerhouse Panel
In addition to the above labs, the package also includes the following:
• Nursing intake
• Four appointments over 6 months (typically 90, 60, 45, and 45 minutes)
• Personalized treatment plan

Foundations of Nutrition – $3,350
This Foundation is designed to identify and treat nutrient deficiencies in the body. This Foundations package is recommended to have IV nutrients.
This program includes the following labs:
• Spectracell Micronutrient Test (drawn at beginning and end of treatment)
• CBC, CMP, Iron, and Ferritin
In addition to the above labs, the package also includes the following:
• Nursing intake
• Three appointments over 6 months
• Individualized treatment plan
Foundations of Gut Health – $4,000
This foundation is designed to provide an overview and treat for gut issues.
This program includes the following labs:
• Spectracell Micronutrient Test (drawn at beginning and end of treatment)
• CBC, CMP, Iron, and Ferritin
• Genova Diagnostics GI Effects Profile
• Genova Diagnostics Food Sensitivity Testing
In addition to the above labs, the package also includes the following:
• Nursing intake
• Three appointments over 6 months
• Personalized treatment plan
Foundations of Hormones – $3,750
This foundation is designed to provide an overview and treat for hormone imbalances in the body. It is required for those seeking hormone replacement therapy.
This program includes the following labs:
• Spectracell Micronutrient Test
• Genova Diagnostics 24-Hour Hormone Check
• CBC, CMP, Iron, Ferritin, TSH, Free T3, and Free T4
• The Hormone Test and labs will be run 3 times total – at the beginning of treatment, 3 months in, and 6 months in.
In addition to the above labs, the package also includes the following:
• Nursing intake
• Three appointments over 6 months
• Individualized Treament Plan
Foundations of Pediatric 1.0
$2,200
Pediatric Foundations 1.0 is designed for pediatric patients under the age of 13 years old.
This program includes the following labs:
• SpectraCell Micronutrient Test
• CBC, CMP, Iron/TIBC, and Ferritin
In addition to the above labs, the package also includes the following:
• Nursing intake
• Four appointments over 6 months
• Individualized treatment plan
Please note that for patients who are seeking treatment for Lyme borreliosis and associated conditions, the cost of these tests is not included in Foundations.
Pediatric Foundations 2.0
$4,150
Pediatric Foundations 2.0 is designed for pediatric patients under the age of 13 years old. It is for pediatric patients who have had more complex health concerns. It includes additional testing and more frequent appointments than the Foundations of Pediatric 1.0.
This program includes the following labs:
• Spectracell Micronutrient Test
• Mosaic Diagnostics EnviroTox Complete + Metals
• CBC, CMP, Iron/TIBC, and Ferritin
In addition to the above labs, the package also includes the following:
• Nursing intake
• Five appointments over a 6-month period
• Individualized treatment plan
Please note that for patients who are seeking treatment for Lyme borreliosis and associated conditions, the cost of these tests is not included in Foundations.
Genomic Foundations
This foundation is designed to identify genomic (genetic) risk factors for disease and choose personalized interventions to prevent and treat illness. All tests are ordered through IntellxxDNA.

Medical Overview Package – $2,800
This report includes information on heart disease, diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis, anesthesia tolerance, thyroid, homocysteine/methylation, detox, histamine intolerance and food sensitivity, vitamin D and B12, and related pathways.
Cognition and Memory Package – $3,000
Created for patients concerned about cognitive decline, this report addresses modifiable causes of memory loss. Variants highlighted in this report relate to pathways of inflammation, amyloid clearance, hormones, nutritional factors, detoxification, and more.
Executive Combination Package – $3,400
This combination is comprised of the Medical Overview and Cognition and Memory reports. Topics include heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, HTN, thyroid, and useful information about blood clots and anesthesia response, along with everything you need to better understand memory, ranging from Alzheimer’s type dementia to vascular dementia and lesser-known causes such as white matter changes. It also has extensive foundational panels that go into inflammation, nutrients, estrogen, detox, and gut.
Mental Wellness Package – $3,000
Tailored for all ages concerned about attention and focus, stress and anxiety, depression, addiction, and OCD. The report contains foundational panels that help optimize health, such as complete gut, extensive detox, inflammation, and nutrigenomics, along with the foundations of brain health.
Neurodevelopmental – $3,400
Designed with special needs pediatric patients in mind (although it can benefit adults as well), the report is used to help untangle complex pediatric illnesses, including individuals with ASD, PANS/PANDAS, environmentally acquired illness or diseases with no known etiology.
Powerhouse Package – $4,000
Created for patients who desire the most comprehensive view of their cardiometabolic, mental, and cognitive health, this combination includes the Medical Overview, Cognition and Memory, and Mental Wellness reports. Great for those who want as much information as possible for optimizing their health from head to toe.
Her Mind and Body Package – $3,700
Her Mind and Body, comprised of Women’s Health and Mental Wellness reports, is designed to support women’s mental and physical health from the first cycle through fertility, menopause, and beyond.
