Billing Information

AHP Integrative Health is a self-pay clinic. We do not accept insurance for appointments, supplements, and most specialty lab testing. Insurance can be used for most medications and some hospital laboratory work. We recommend bringing your insurance card so it is on hand in case anything can be billed to your insurance.

Appointments – Our appointments are based on a $125 / 15-minute rate. Generally a

  •  15-minute appointment is $125.00
  •  30-minute appointment is $250.00
  •  45-minute appointment is $375.00
  •  60-minute appointment is $495.00
 
Laboratory work, supplements, and medical supplies are not included in the appointment costs.
 
Nurse Intakes – Nurse intakes are also billed as a flat fee of $200. This includes any lab draw fees and shipping charges associated with recommendations from the nurse intake.
 

Foundations of Health Programs – Price will vary based on which program you are doing. The price does include your first 6-months of office appointments (4 total appointments), your nurse intake, and your specialty tests involved with your program. Please visit our Foundations of Health page to learn about our specific programs

Specialty Lab Tests – Prices vary widely depending on what tests are recommended. Our cheapest specialty tests are $250 and the most expensive are $2,700. These prices are the labs’ prices. An estimate can best be given over the phone depending on what test you are interested in. Please note the cost of your specialty tests are included in your foundations of health program. Additional testing beyond the normal program is not included.

Memberships

All patients are required to be on our membership program. Patients who are doing a foundations of health program do NOT need to be on this membership service until after completing their program.

Subscription Service – This subscription service is billed monthly. The rates are as follows:

  • $50 / month - Individual Plan - For patients being treated at our clinic. Covers one person.
  • $100 / month - Family Plan - Each member of your family can be treated at our clinic with this membership. Only spouse and children are eligible to be on your family plan.

Graduated from Treatment – This is when your treatment has been completed at AHP Integrative Health. You will be taken off the membership program. If you have graduated and would like to be seen again, then you are able to schedule a one-time consult appointment. If you need to continue treatment again (receive medications and laboratory orders) you will be required to sign up for a subscription service to have additional appointments.
